BetterPractice is a read-only application that delivers squash exercise instructions to users. The app connects to our own backend API to retrieve this information, but it does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users.

How the App Works

• The app fetches squash exercise instructions from a database. These exercises are created and recorded by a coach.
• Users can view this information, but cannot submit or upload anything through the app.

• This app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
